Your Process to Smooth Communications Transitions and Implementation…
Inventory and Audit – A Premysis Network Specialist will look at each location to identify and inventory all existing services and their associated costs. We accomplish this by ordering Client Service Records (CSRs) and collecting all phone bills for each location. This discovery process creates the foundation of streamlining services and costs.
Right Sizing – Once the audit and inventory are complete, we work with our clients to determine if the bandwidth requirements are truly scaled to the location’s needs.
Pricing – Now that we have an understanding of what the capacity requirements are, we examine the cost structure as it exists and compare it with what is available from the carriers we represent. In addition, we may recommend a change in the technology of the communications service if it accomplishes further cost savings.
Ordering, Disconnecting, and Implementation of Services – Now that we have a full picture of each location, we begin the process of disconnecting and ordering services. A Premysis Project Manager will work with our Network Specialist, the appropriate carriers and the hardware vendor to complete this process. We will also coordinate all activities between site contacts, hardware vendors and carriers to ensure a smooth transition of services.
On-going support – Once a location is complete, our customers receive an inventory of the services for that location along with a dedicated support team from Premysis to address any and all future issues.
